I took my car to Honda, who told me it would be around $1400 to replace the engine wire harness and that I needed a new cabin filter due to mice damage (and engine filter, which I had Honda replace). Mice had eaten through a wire. Jon's looked at it, told me the mouse hadn't even chewed totally through the wire, sprayed something on top, told me I didn't need to replace the engine wire harness and my cabin filter wasn't dirty. Jon's charged me around $100. So thankful for them! Thank you to the team at Jon's!

Jon's Auto Repair provided me with great and honest service. A competitor had told me that I needed to get a bunch of fluids flushed at 60,000 miles on my truck, but Jon's Auto Repair noted that Toyota only called for checking the fluids and flushing any that appeared contaminated. Jon's did all of the checks and determined that I didn't need any additional fluids flushed, which saved me a bunch of money.

If you have an older car that you are interested in keeping alive as long as possible, this is your shop. They charge very reasonable prices and will approach everything with common sense and give you options. A small shop but they work fast.

I called Monday morning with an emergency that cropped up over the weekend and they were able to get me in immediately. The mechanic figured out the problem, offered to repair the problem or replace the damaged part, got the replacement part in minutes, and my car was finished in less than 1.5 hours. This certainly made the week much better after a lousy weekend! We have been getting our vehicles serviced there for years and will continue to do so!

One word...Honesty. Jon found an issue with my tie rods, he said both were loose but only replaced one because it was a safety issue. He also did not speak to me like I'm an idiot even though I'm a woman. I appreciate not feeling taken advantage of when I go Jon's Auto!
